This is a leadership-oriented role for a lawyer who enjoys both excellent file work and practice-building. You will have a meaningful voice in shaping and growing the firm’s

general solicitor services , supported by an established platform, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities

Provide senior-level legal advice across a broad solicitor practice Independently manage complex files from intake through completion Draft, review,



and negotiate a range of agreements and legal documents Advise owner-managed businesses on corporate/commercial matters (as needed) Work closely with colleagues across existing practice areas to deliver integrated solutions Support the development and growth of the expanding practice area (mentoring, process-building, client development) Required Qualifications

Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia 10+ years of post-call experience
