Summary

The Seasonal Cashier supports a welcoming and exceptional customer experience during the holiday season. This role processes customer transactions accurately and assists customers and store teams in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, skilled customer service and answer questions about store products and services.
- Process purchases, gift cards, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support sales and store teams with point-of-sale expertise.
- Assist with holiday events and protect customer information in accordance with privacy and security standards.

Requirements

- Previous customer service experience and a passion for excellent customer experiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfort using technology and software; high school diploma.
- Availability for seasonal work, potentially from November 2026 through January 2027, with flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
