MatchBox is urgently seeking a QA Lead for a ServiceNow implementation in Current Westminster. This 12-month contract role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with the QA Manager and project team to ensure quality across the testing lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience, direct ServiceNow testing exposure, and strong leadership in coordinating testing across vendors, business stakeholders, and governance groups. Hybrid work with on-site and remote days is available.
