The role supports business operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice, and contributing to compliance and risk management activities. Key Eligibility Criteria

Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec. Three to five years of relevant experience in commercial law, compliance, corporate governance, or regulatory law. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including procurement, sales, service, IT contracts, and confidentiality agreements. Provide practical legal advice and support mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and financing transactions. Assist in maintaining and enhancing the corporate compliance program and monitoring regulatory risks. Partner with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Operations, IT) to resolve routine legal inquiries and compliance issues. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assist in preparing internal training and awareness programs.
