As a Test Technician in the P&D; Test Department, you will support the testing and validation of our creative products. We're looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a readiness to adapt. Your efforts will help ensure that our agricultural equipment meets the highest standards for quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and execute bench and field tests
• Document and report test data to project teams
• Support development of test procedures and equipment




• Perform required mechanical assembly and adjustments
• Identify improvements for product quality and performance
Requirements:
• Engineering technician diploma in a related field
• Experience with farming equipment is preferred
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or CAD systems
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
