We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SeniorScrum Master with 11 years of overall IT experience to lead Agile deliveryteams in a fastpaced and complex enterprise workplace The ideal candidatewill be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies coaching teams on Agilebest practices removing impediments and driving continuous improvement whilecollaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions
The candidate should possess strong leadership communicationstakeholder management and Agile transformation experience preferably withinBanking Financial Services Insurance Telecom Retail Healthcare or Technologysectors
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including
Sprint Planning
Daily Standups
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives
Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles Agilepractices and Lean methodologies
Partner with Product Owners to ensure welldefined userstories acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs
Track sprint progress team velocity burndown charts andAgile KPIs
Remove impediments and proactively resolve team blockers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughretrospectives and process optimization
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular statusupdates on project delivery
Support Agile transformation programs and organizationalchange initiatives
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration among developmentQA architecture DevOps and business teams
Monitor project risks dependencies assumptions and issues
Ensure predictable delivery and alignment with businessobjectives
Guide teams in estimating planning and delivering qualitysoftware products
Promote Agile maturity and establish best practices acrossmultiple Scrum teams
