Queen’s Hotel Fort Macleod in Alberta is restoring a historic property to host a 60-seat restaurant and 14 guest rooms, with an opening planned for Spring 2027. We seek an Executive Chef to establish the culinary vision, lead the kitchen, and drive exceptional guest experiences from day one.

The chosen candidate will oversee menus, costs, and staff development, while building relationships with local vendors and suppliers to support a farm-to-table philosophy.
