Educational Assistants work collaboratively in assisting students with diverse needs and abilities, fostering engagement in the learning setting.Specific Duties:Working within established school structures, including classroom management structures, behavioural rules and student expectationsWorking with students with behavioural and learning challengesProviding academic assistance to students in classroom, small group and individual settingsDelivering specialized or adapted programming to students under the direction of the classroom teacher and resource teacherProviding documentation of student-specific program performanceProviding supports for students with challenging educational needsSupervising recess and lunch dutySupervising and assisting with the swim programAdministering student medication as determined by the student's U.R.I.S.
