Service Manager - Saskatoon North HyundaiPermanent - Full TimeAt Saskatoon North Hyundai, our Service Department continues to grow, creating an exciting opportunity to add another experienced Service Manager to our leadership team.We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who can support our expanding operations, build a solid team, improve processes, and drive operational and financial results.This role is responsible for leading daily service operations, developing team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining high standards for productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and manufacturer compliance.What you’ll be doing:Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflowDrive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitabilityBuild and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO countManage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround timesEnsure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communicationMonitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, and technician efficiencyCollaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performanceMaintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processesRecruit, develop,
