Precision Record Pressing is a leading vinyl record pressing company with multiple locations in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a full-time, permanent chance that will be responsible for the operation of vinyl presses to produce high quality vinyl records for fulfillment of assigned customer orders. We are looking for a positive, energetic person who is highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment!

This position operates on a weekly rotation of day (7am-3pm) and afternoon (3pm-11pm) shift basis and is eligible for shift premium.

Candidates must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities





- Operate vinyl presses to produce materials consistent with customer specifications while ensuring quality standards are met and adhering to all safety standards and regulations
- Read work orders and production schedules to ensure conformance to customer specifications
- Set up, start and shut down machines (extruders, hydraulic and pneumatic presses) & monitor their operations, restocking materials as required
- Consistently meet or exceed identified target attainment goals on a daily and monthly basis
- Perform quality audits at point of manufacture

- Perform routine general maintenance on machines and work area daily; maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned production area at all times
- Determine and report product and equipment malfunctions to appropriate parties; troubleshoot equipment malfunctions as necessary
