This full-time position requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills to assist in utilizing financial planning tools to address client inquiries effectively. You will be engaged in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing for both internal and external tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality. Coaching and providing resource materials to users will be essential to support ongoing training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist RBC sales forces with financial planning tools
• Conduct QA and UAT for new or updated software




• Provide user coaching and develop job aids
• Facilitate training sessions for the sales force
• Collaborate on cross-departmental projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance or Wealth Management
• CFP, IQPF, QAFP, or similar designations
• 3 to 5 years of financial planning experience
• Strong knowledge of Conquest software preferred
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
