Job Description Overview The Commercial & Contracts Department is looking for a Contracts Manager who will report to and support the Contracts Director in the contract administration and related subcontracts and related contract change management process of a Project from award throughout the implementation and closeout. The Contracts Manager will lead the commercial and contract administration of a project from the planning phase through implementation and closeout. The Contracts Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the project management team on all contractual issues including the review of contract changes and the implementation of effective commercial measures to facilitate the profitable execution of work under contract. The Contract Manager will work pro-actively with the Project team to minimize project liabilities and commercial risks to the Company.Your role As a member of the project management team,



monitor compliance with contractual obligations and identify potential contract changes or deviations. Actively lead implementation of claim management processes to resolve unforeseen situations that arise during Project execution, including implementation of claims towards third parties and prevention/defending of incoming claims from third parties. Monitor the performance of project partners and subcontractors in the discharge of contractual obligations and advise the project management of potential problems and opportunities. Support or lead in the formulation, negotiation, and execution of change order to contracts, subcontracts and collaboration agreements, including interfacing with Legal support and corporate functions (such as Insurance,
