Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client's functional abilities for various activities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
• Collaborate with employers on return to work plans
• Conduct job site visits for critical demand assessments
• Recommend adaptive equipment to improve functional capabilities
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Alberta
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
