We offer personalized service to our customers, including technically qualified advisors, training and local warehousing.Job Description :Can-Aqua is looking for an Internal Support / Customer Service Representative who can deliver outstanding customer service to our clients through calls and emails, be responsible for supporting fellow external representatives on projects worked on and who can integrate well with our motivated,



engaged and agile team.Answering calls and emailsProviding customers with on time delivery informationProviding pricesAnswering technical questionsSupporting our customers and other team members by responding to requests promptlyManage the complete project sales cycle (from quotation to coordination of product delivery)Preparing quotations and processing orders on behalf of external sales staffEnsure accuracy in pricing, inventory and order information provided to customersEnsure that deliveries are correctly executed and communicated to all parties involved in the shipping processEstablish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by telephone or e-mail, with the aim of encouraging additional salesMeet sales targets set by management by promoting or up-selling productsParticipate in various training and promotional activitiesQualifications:Min 3 years of experience in the plumbing industryEnergetic, professional with good communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate PC literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team.Working Conditions:At the office – 5 days a weekSupport for balance between family & professional life.
