In this temporary full-time role, you'll support patient flow in outpatient clinics, particularly Ocular Oncology. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments, transcribing physician orders, and ensuring the efficient operation of clinic visits. You will also handle patient queries and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient visits from registration to follow-up
• Schedule appointments and retrieve charts from Health Records
• Transcribe physician orders and manage patient queries
• Facilitate effective patient flow through clinic stages
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade XII or equivalent
• Minimum one year of related work experience
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
