Shared Health seeks Qualified Persons Security Personnel (QPSP) to support a safe hospital workplace at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. Responsibilities include de-escalation, protecting patients and staff, and assisting with custody as needed under the Mental Health Act.Requires completion of QPSP training and annual retraining, with designation maintained. Training on Violence Prevention, Emergency Mental Health First Aid, and use of force will be provided.
