Harvest after harvest, our mission is to produce world-class farm equipment for the needs of the progressive farmer.To meet the growing demand for our product we're looking for a CNC & Fabrication Lead to take ownership of production flow across a wide range of advanced CNC technologies, lead a team of operators and team leads, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and throughput.This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on the floor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast-paced CNC and fabrication workplace.Lead daily production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operationsCoordinate labour, machine capacity, and material flow to meet production targetsIdentify and resolve bottlenecks across cutting, forming, and machining processesMonitor production performance and adjust priorities to maintain schedule and qualityLead structured problem-solving on quality issues and production disruptionsEnsure safety standards and operating procedures are consistently followedSupport training and development of operators and team leadsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and stabilize processesCalm,
