About the role

You own new business for two service lines. Managed IT is the foundation for architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Managed AI puts AI to work inside those firms and is measured in hours returned.

- Build and work a pipeline of architecture, engineering, and construction firms in your region.
- Run discovery calls and qualify fit honestly, for the firm and for us.
- Lead each assessment from scoping to the decision meeting, with the CIO beside you.
- Hand every signed client to onboarding with the scope, contacts, and commitments recorded.
- Report on the pipeline every week, in numbers.

What you bring

- A record of selling services to professional-services firms, ideally AEC.
- Comfort talking to principals about margin, capacity, and risk.
- The discipline to work a pipeline and report on it.
- A base in Vancouver or Chicago, and the ability to travel between the two.
- A small team that closes what it promises.
- A direct line to the CEO.
