You will supervise the accounting team, oversee payment processes, and create budgets to promote fiscal responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely service
• Oversee accounts receivable and collection processes
• Monitor cash balances and payroll preparation
• Manage vendor payments and confirm lien waivers
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
Requirements:
• CPA designation or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Familiarity with Jonas Software an asset
• Strong knowledge of construction financial processes
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
