Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, washrooms, and hallways
• Conduct small repairs such as fixing doors or replacing bulbs
• Identify safety hazards and report issues to the Site Manager
• Support site teams in prioritizing maintenance tasks
• Keep the outdoor facility tidy and accessible
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in maintenance or a similar role
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks
• Availability for weekday work, with some flexibility
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Robust organizational and communication skills
