Scotiabank’s Bovaird & Highway 10 Branch in Brampton is seeking a part time Customer Experience Lead overseeing an 18.75-hour workweek. You will guide the Customer Experience Associates, foster strong customer relationships, and serve as Officer in Charge for emergencies and escalations.

You will promote digital banking, coach your team, manage scheduling, and contribute to branch-wide improvements, with a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.
