We're looking for a professional, hands‐on, people‐focused RV Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, working with their hands, and being active while taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.What This Role Is Really AboutYou are the final and most significant touchpoint in the customer journey.When a customer returns to pick up their RV, you are the expert who walks them through everything from how it works, how to use it safely, and how to enjoy it with confidence.You'll also support dealership operations when not delivering RVs, making this a varied, fast‐moving, and hands‐on role.What You'll DoDeliver full RV orientations and walkthroughs with customersExplain systems clearly and confidently (power, water, propane, appliances, awnings, slide‐outs, etc.)Make minor mechanical or setup adjustments without needing a technicianAnswer customer questions professionally and calmlyEducate customers on warranties, accessories, and camping supplies available in‐storeMove RVs around the lot and shop (including forklift operation, training provided)Support the sales and service teams as neededAssist with RV trade shows, setup, and takedownBe on your feet and active throughout the dayWho This Role Is Perfect ForYou don't need RV experience,
