Think Academy US seeks an ELA Teacher Recruitment & Training Specialist for its online education program. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting new teachers' training. You will teach small-group ELA classes while ensuring new hires meet instructional standards for quality teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source ELA teacher candidates through various channels
• Manage interview processes and teach demo assessments
• Conduct training sessions for new teachers and support their growth




• Observe classes and provide constructive feedback
• Teach live online classes focused on Reading, Speaking, and Writing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
