Key Responsibilities:



• Lead end-to-end accounting functions and monthly closings • Oversee multi-currency consolidations and financial statement preparation • Ensure US GAAP compliance and manage technical accounting research • Design scalable internal controls for pre-IPO readiness • Direct external audits and manage global tax compliance

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and CPA designation required • 10+ years in accounting, 3+ as Corporate Controller • IPO readiness experience with public company reporting • Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency environments • Leadership of geographically distributed accounting teams
