Location: Remote Segment: General Industry / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Salary: $80,000 + commission + quarterly bonuses The Opportunity This is a true hunter/farmer role focused on: Growing revenue and margin within an assigned territory Winning new manufacturing and industrial customers Expanding existing customer relationships Managing opportunities from prospecting through close Building a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts You'll work directly with purchasing, engineering, operations, production, and quality teams to identify challenges and recommend value-added adhesive and tape solutions. What You'll Be Responsible For Business Development Prospect and acquire new manufacturing and industrial customers Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
