The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, andstrategic decision support for Spin Master's Entertainment business. Acting as a trusted business partnerto senior leaders, this role will provide financial insights that drive decision-making while also supportingfinancial reporting, royalty administration, and other critical finance activities. How will you create impact? Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts consistent with company budgeting andforecasting cycle Partner with leaders across Distribution, Development, Production, Business Affairs, Licensing & Marketing, and Franchise Marketing to provide financial guidance, insights,and decision support. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis,



and presentations thatsupport business performance reviews and executive decision-making. Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identify key drivers of variances, andcommunicate actionable insights to business and finance leaders.
