You will own the customer growth strategy, identifying audiences and moments to drive traffic, conversion and revenue. Based in Canada with a focus on CRM, Email, SMS, loyalty and emerging channels, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to create 1:1 experiences at scale and turn insights into measurable commercial impact.
