Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop front-line team members through coaching
• Create a proactive advice and service delivery culture




• Oversee service delivery targets and performance progress
• Facilitate digital adoption and engage with team members

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in a financial institution
• Proficiency in French, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of lending and investment solutions
• Digital literacy and operational understanding
