This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver high-quality service, and can operate safely and professionally in a fast-paced setting while representing the company.We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from all qualified individuals, including Indigenous peoples, visible minorities, and women.Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles across local routesOperate Shunt tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsMoving around 15-25 shunt trailers per shift using a shunt truckConduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights,



and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs.Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company proceduresMaintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as requiredCore Requirements (All Driver Roles)Valid AZ driver's licenseBondable and legally eligible to work in CanadaClean CVOR and driver's abstractVerifiable recent commercial driving experience within the past 1 yearStrong understanding of road safety regulations, hours of service, and load securementExperience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditionsStrong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-focused approachRole-Specific RequirementsMinimum 1 of verifiable AZ driving experience
