Responsibilities

- Operate center/front rider double electric pallet jacks safely to navigate the facility and pull orders accurately.
- Orchestrate Fulfillment: Receive real-time picking directions using voice-directed headphone technology to select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Master the Flow: Stage selected goods efficiently, meeting speed and accuracy targets to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Safely lift, handle, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs throughout your shift while prioritizing team safety.

Qualifications

- Possess hands-on experience driving a double electric pallet jack
- Hold a valid forklift/pallet jack certification
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ready to commit to a mandatory 5-day training program before placement.
