Ooma is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide remote technical and operational support for field resources, coordinating installations and troubleshooting issues from a distance.

You will schedule field resources with third-party dispatch vendors, act as the internal contact, use remote diagnostics, and document resolutions to keep projects on track. 2–3 years in technical customer success or related roles are preferred, with UCaaS experience a plus.
