Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join their growing team in Kimberley . You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and components for various construction and industrial projects. This role involves ensuring that all electrical installations meet safety standards, performance requirements, and project specifications. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and technicians to deliver high-quality electrical solutions, contributing to the successful completion of diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and specify electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant national and international standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems on site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during project execution.




- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective integration of electrical systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional registration with ECSA is desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP) and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of power systems, control systems, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
