Drive data-led decisions to improve recoveries, reduce losses, and increase operational efficiency. Design and optimize end-to-end collections strategies (early-stage through recoveries) using decision engines, predictive models, and business rules. Own the full strategy lifecycle: design, simulation, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring. Translate business objectives (risk, profitability, customer outcomes) into effective decision strategies. Lead change management for strategy updates, including impact analysis, testing, and governance. Leverage internal and external data (core banking, collections systems, bureaus, agencies, legal vendors) to enhance decisioning. Partner with Risk, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver and optimize strategies. Deliver clear,
