risk management workshops and close-out activities; * Supervise the progressof the work and make the necessary adjustments to meet deadlines; * Produce dashboards, reports, progress reports and decision-making files for governance bodies; * Formulate strategic recommendations and contribute to decision-making related to complex technology initiatives; * Present to senior management the state of progress, critical risks and issues requiring intervention; * Monitor project performance based on scope, costs, schedules, quality and risks; * Identify risks, issuesand change requests, and then implement appropriate corrective actions; * Validate the quality and compliance of the deliverables before their presentation to the responsible authorities; * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize solutions and delivery approaches; * Facilitate exchanges between technology teams, suppliers and governance bodies; * Maintain constant alignment between business needs and the solutions developed; * Optimize design, integration, and deployment processes; * Support the
