You will own senior-level roles end-to-end, partnering with GTM and G&A leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more, to drive hiring in Canada and the U.S.You will develop data-informed sourcing and hiring strategies, build robust pipelines, and continuously improve candidate experience while representing Clio's values through the process.
