In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Standards & Studies. With 3 to 7 years of experience, you will analyze and approve major equipment for distribution systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise in power systems will facilitate innovative solutions and enhance service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review technical drawings and introduce current equipment
• Approve standards and engineering specifications




• Analyze system reliability metrics and report findings
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare investigations
• Support customer interconnections of Distributed Energy Resources
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed P. Eng or in process in Ontario
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license
• Proficiency with power system tools and CAD
