About the role You are the first voice patients hear and the last face they see. We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who shows up, stays positive under pressure, and takes ownership of a full schedule. You will help patients understand their benefits and costs, feel confident moving forward with care, and leave with their next visit booked. What you will do Greet patients warmly, and manage check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently Answer phones promptly and turn current patient calls into scheduled appointments Build and protect the schedule: fill openings and cancellations, work recall and unscheduled treatment lists Confirm upcoming appointments by phone and text to reduce no-shows Make sure every patient leaves with their next appointment scheduled Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments, and explain coverage in plain language Present treatment plans and discuss fees, insurance estimates, and
