Working alongside a skilled and supportive interdisciplinary team, you will help guide patients safely and compassionately through every stage of their surgical journey.In this fast-paced and rewarding environment, your clinical expertise, teamwork, and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes and an outstanding surgical experience.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Actively participate as a key member of the surgical team, performing both scrub and circulating duties in accordance with ORNAC standards and best practices.Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote clear communication and seamless coordination of patient care.Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement by supporting additional duties and special projects as assigned.Corporate Responsibilities:Participate in all mandatory training requirements and work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, company Policies and Procedures, as well as established industry guidelines.Education, Skills & Qualifications:Graduate of an approved Nursing ProgramCurrent registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)Minimum one (1)
