AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Supervisors for upcoming assignments related to labour disruptions, organized protests and man made crisis/disasters.This position will require you to work 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project.You will earn:$25 per hour before over-timeUp to $5,200 bi-weekly (based on 84 hour work week)Paid travel up to 4 hoursHotel accommodation provided when required$30 per day meal allowance when lodging is requiredTemporary Contracts: 1-120 daysAFIMAC Supervisors are deployed to various types of assignments including:Labour DisruptionsOrganized protestsRequired Education, Skills and QualificationsTo be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must be able to meet the following criteria:Supervisory or leadership experience in the Security fieldFormer military, emergency management, project management or law enforcement experience an assetFlexibility and willingness to travel to projects for extended periods of timeAbility to work 84 hours per week: 12 hour shifts,



including weekends and holidaysExcellent organization and computer skillsAble to work in a high stress environmentStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsAble to deploy on short notice (as projects dictate)Able to manage investigators and security personnel deployed in the field.Ability to train, motivate and improve staff performanceAbility to professionally manage staff conflictsAbility to work with a diverse group of staffClean criminal recordValid drivers license and vehicleExperience:Previous supervisory experience in the security field preferredLanguage:Licence/Certification:Security License (preferred)Private Investigator License (preferred)Class 5 or Class G Drivers License (required)AFIMAC is a global risk management and elite security company.
