The Wilds Resort and Conference Centre in Canada is seeking a Banquet Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. You will lead banquet service during events, assist with setup, and ensure service standards are met to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Responsibilities include coordinating with Event Coordinators and the kitchen, supervising servers and bartenders, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout events. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required based on schedules.
