What You’ll Do:

- Operate propane and electric counterbalance forklifts across the plant floor.
- Load and unload trailers at shipping/receiving docks.
- Stage raw materials to keep active production lines running smoothly.
- Maintain strict safety, quality, and inventory standards.

What You Need:

- Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience + valid certification.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

- Operate counterbalance forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stack raw materials and finished products.
- Transport ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished goods between production lines and warehouse storage.
- Perform pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Use RF scanners and WMS software to track material movements and accurately verify shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Execute dock loading/unloading operations following all protected docking procedures.
- Maintain a clean,



organized work area compliant with GMP and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license/certification from an accredited provider.
- 1+ years of experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a manufacturing or distribution plant.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs in an active industrial environment.
- Full availability for the afternoon shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) too.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computerized inventory tools.
