You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on growth projects, acquisitions, reorganizations, and governance, and collaborate with external counsel.

As a Quebec Bar member with 2–5 years in commercial or transactional law, you will be bilingual, independent, and entrepreneurial, ready to translate business
