Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the Night Auditor manages check-ins/outs, reservations, and account settlements while providing warm service. Key responsibilities include personalizing guest experiences, promoting hotel facilities, and assisting with bookings. You'll maintain accurate records of transactions, balance accounts, handle cash, and address any variances. Effective handling of guest requests, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with all departments are essential.
