Home Care Assistance has two openings for Community Personal Support Workers. Candidates will assist clients with activities of daily living and may work varying shifts from mornings to overnights, including weekends. Future opportunities may include live-in positions, enhancing service to our community clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and support with daily living activities
• Assist with palliative care and monitor client needs
• Maintain clear communication with clients and families
• Document care plans and monitor any changes
• Respond to emergency situations with expertise
Requirements:
• Current DSW/PSW/SSW certification required
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed within 6 months
• Driver's license and insured vehicle necessary
• Qualified references must be satisfactory
