The role partners with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners and transformation teams to translate strategy into practical organizational solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, decision-making,



accountability and business performance.The Senior Manager leads complex work from diagnosis through implementation, including organizational assessments, future-state organization design, operating model design, governance, decision rights, workforce and capability planning, and implementation planning.
