As a Fractional CTO AI at Mhosaic, you combine deep technical expertise with the ability to influence at the executive level. You are the bridge between technological vision and business strategy — capable of designing a complex AI architecture in the morning and presenting a roadmap to the C-suite in the afternoon.

What you'll do Responsibilities

Technical leadership.

Define the architecture and technical strategy of AI solutions for our clients

Executive advisory.

Support C-suite in their technology decisions and AI roadmap

Prototyping & technical validation.

Design and validate POCs rapidly to demonstrate feasibility

Business development.

Identify opportunities, structure offerings and close engagements

Technical mentorship.

Coach the engineering team and elevate overall technical standards

Research & innovation.

Maintain cutting-edge expertise on LLMs, AI agents and emerging tools

AI governance.

Advise on security, ethics and compliance issues for AI solutions

What we're looking for Ideal profile Technical experience





10+ years of experience including minimum 5 years in technical leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of AI, Principal Engineer)

Track record of delivering AI/ML solutions to production

Hands-on experience in software architecture and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Proficiency with modern stacks: Python, TypeScript, ML frameworks, APIs

Business experience

Experience in client consulting or high-level client-facing role

Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Experience presenting to executive committees or boards

Exceptional communication — simplify the complex without dumbing it down

Strategic vision AND tactical execution

Influence leadership (without direct hierarchical authority)

Qualities

Technical credibility (respected for your expertise)

Situational intelligence (adapt discourse to the audience)
