Multimatic is seeking a skilled Toolmaker/Improver to enhance our tooling capabilities. You will be responsible for setting up and operating 3 AXIS CNC mills and lathes, as well as troubleshooting various machining equipment. Successful candidates will have experience in TIG/MIG welding, CNC programming, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and repair production tooling
• Set up and operate 3 AXIS CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications




• Program and edit CNC programs with adjustments
• Perform tooling maintenance and preventative repairs
Requirements:
• Completion of a Tool & Die Maker apprenticeship
• Previous experience in CNC machining or automotive manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of machining processes and equipment
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
