As part of the store leadership team, the Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the store during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.Key Responsibilities:Supportdaily store operations, including achieving sales goals and delivering anexceptional customer experience.Providestrong on-the-floor leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or AssistantManager.Deliver outstanding customer service by following our customer service programDrivecustomer loyalty by promoting and enrolling customers in our loyalty program.Coach,support,



and provide feedback to sales associates to help them meetproductivity goals and improve performance.Maintainvisual merchandising standards, including product preparation, displays, andin-store layouts.Performpoint of sale transactions quickly and accurately.Ensurea safe and secure workplace for both customers and the store team, followingall loss prevention procedures.Communicateclearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.Followall company policies, procedures, and initiatives.Performother duties as assigned to support overall store success.Experience & Qualifications:Minimum1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadershipor supervisory roleProventrack record of achieving sales targets and driving team performanceStronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspirea teamExcellentcustomer service and selling skillsSolidunderstanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising and losspreventionStrongorganizational and time management skills; able to manage multipleprioritiesComfortableworking in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMustbe able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move andhandle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughoutthe storeFlexibleavailability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
