Spade Recruiting is offering an 8-month program where you learn to run your own business before you graduate. You’ll spend winter and spring building it from scratch (sales, hiring, planning) and then run it all summer as the general manager.
You’ll handle real customers, a real crew, and will be responsible for a real P&L; while earning an average CAD 27k–29k in the first year. The program lasts eight months and promises hands-on leadership and practical business experience.
