You'll provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice on various matters, including software licensing and cybersecurity. Utilizing your strong legislative understanding, you'll ensure compliance and identify risks proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support software procurement and digital service delivery lifecycle • Provide solution-oriented advice on technology and digital matters • Draft and negotiate various technology-related agreements • Advise on commercial strategies and risk allocation • Research and prepare briefs on regulatory and compliance issues
Requirements: • Minimum of four years post-call legal experience • Solid drafting experience in technology agreements • Knowledge of AI, privacy, and data protection • Bilingual in French and English • Member in good standing with the Law Society
